That’s one set 🥵 usually a full P90X workout is about 6 sets , BUT do this as many times as you can , pacing yourself as you go. You have to get your body used to this level intensity cardio .

I’ve been doing this workout for years but because I stopped doing it for months now I have to get my stamina 🆙 and it F**KING HURTS , YES P90X will 100% hurt no matter your fitness level .
